I live in the UK and needed to buy a laptop for a colleague in Gujar Khan. The only option was to purchase one, online, from a reliable shop. So, I Googled and found a few suppliers in Islamabad. I purchased a used HP laptop through international money transfer. He despatched the product even before the funds were received by his bank. In fact, the deposit was delayed for some reason but throughout, Zubair remained patient and supportive. One of the best vendors for PC components. I recently purchased all the components and peripherals from AutoPlay - the owner and staff were extremely courteous and helpful. I experience a setback when I completed by PC build and the staff was helpful enough to take me over a whatsapp video call and resolve the issue. For those who experienced delays in orders, please realize that all PC vendors/resellers are bound to obtain parts from principal distributors and the availability/delivery is heavily dependent on these distributors. Overall experience was wonderful and I highly recommend AutoPlay, after getting frustrated due to lack of professionalism in majority of vendors in Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad.
