Rooms on 1st floor are spacious as compared to those which are on Ground floor. Wi Fi is available

Rooms on 1st floor are spacious as compared to those which are on Ground floor. Wi Fi is available in main Dining Hall only. As far as room rent is concerned, I think it should not be more than 4000 but they are charging 6000 to 7000 in peak season (June-July).
