Maisonette Hotels & Resorts Naran

We found the place to be understaffed due to which dinner came late and our actual order was not served. Also room service like a box of tissues took 40+ minutes to be delivered. Room was damp in one corner and had a musky smell. Initial welcome tea came only as hot water without any tea leaves or tea bags. Some lights in the bedroom were not working. Despite being pointed out no action was taken to fix them. I believe if one books one of the best hotels in the area it should live upoi it's standard. I for one will not recommend it to my friends.

Miasonatt naran hotels a hopeless place. I booked a room and for some reason could not go and the people refuse to pay me back my money. Never seen such a worst service will not recommend this hotel to any one.

Location of the hotel is a little away from main bazar. All facilities are available. Adequate parking. Food is great.

One of the best interior design hotel in naran Staff should be groom their behaviour nd services.

Nice peaceful place with view in Naran...food is good ...there are some wifi and electricity issues that needs to be solved...
