The access to the hotel is a bit challenging in winter as the road is covered with snow and would only be accessible by 4x4. The rooms are specious. The exterior of the hotel is beautiful.

In off sessions not good place. No hot water and heating room 😩

The welcome was extremely warm & helpful, including an immediate offer to purchase bus tickets to Barajas airport on our behalf.Sadly, I was unwell on one day of my stay, but staff supplied a recommended fizzy drink, which did in fact really help to settle my stomach. Thankfully I had recovered sufficiently to enjoy a glass of Verdejo wine from the hotel bar the next evening, which was very good value. We took our drinks back to our room, but the lounge area is lovely with a variety of comfortable seating & the most eclectic mix of coffee table books. The delicate aroma of the scented candles in the evening was delicious. All in all a lovely stay & thanks to Julian & his highly professional & considerate team.

Cheap hotel with good service and food but keep close eye on your bills and total amount claimed. A bit far away from kalam Bazar. I also found a good car drive who live behind the hotel named NAWAZ.
