It completely rubbish and inadequate service provided by these bunch of people who have no interest

It completely rubbish and inadequate service provided by these bunch of people who have no interest in the welfare and experience of customers. They charge you based on the hotel looks in websites but actually what you get is not even 10% of what you see in their office. The rooms they provide have flies and insects inside the rooms. Rules on filter low grade and with no support from this agent. The rooms were not even cleaned before your arrival and you have to wait around 3 hours to get the rooms cleaned for you while you are waiting to perform umrah. Worst experience of my life by using services of this agent.
