I had a very bad experience with PakDukaan. They are very unprofessional people and they act like children. You cannot trust their Facebook ratings because they force people to remove bad ratings. I gave them a low rating in their Facebook page, and they told me to remove it or else I would not get my money back. I had 15K stuck with them, so I had to remove the low rating. Avoid buying anything from them!

The customer support is very good, they always seem to respond and try to help, i had an factory issue with the monitor i got and they were quick to send it back for a replacement they should just consider switching to another service for cash on delivery other then leopard's courier.
