After visiting their branch in Faisal Town, this was my second visit to a Makki Oil Store outlet. Although located in a relatively congested area, the moment I reached there, I was asked to wait and within no more than a couple of minutes was asked to park my car on a ramp inside the shop. The technician asked me whether I needed any other service other than an oil change. I let him know which engine oil I needed. He immediately fetched the requested engine oil, took out the oil filter, poured in the new oil and fixed in a new oil filter. He proceeded to examine and then replace the car's air filter as well. Fluid levels of battery fluid, radiator water and windshield water were checked, followed by a clean up of the bonnet with compressed air. All this done while I finished the bottle of water that they had offered me. I paid for their services and was out on my way in no more than 10 minutes! Thank you very much!
