Got an umrah package from them for my 70 year mother and these people booked her in a hotel which had closed 3 months ago. Now their idea of customer service is that Mr Iqbal refuses to answer phone and has become too busy, booking hotel rooms in closed hotels must be time consuming. Use at your own peril.
