You should know the timings of this place before visiting. Nowhere it's written when this place open

You should know the timings of this place before visiting. Nowhere it's written when this place opens and when it closes. I have been here twice and found this place close. There is no notice and no guard or someone to guide. I had to ask the cobbler sitting outside about the timings and according to him this place opens at 1000 hrs and closes at 1500 hrs and on Friday and Saturday it closes before 1300 hrs. On Sunday it's close.
