I made an appointment for a facial with Alia Farooq and got a call from the salon to change it since "madam" was not available on that day. For the second appointment I got the same call just an hour before the appointment to cancel it since the "madam" was not available again to provide the services. Very disappointed on lack od commitment and professionalism.

Very nice Salon. Had a great experience. Prices were a bit higher than usual however it's worth it. Be sure to get an awards/loyalty card when you visit. All sorts of discounts available as you spend more.

Worst experience. Low professionalism. Extremely overpriced. . They have no knowledge of highlighting hair. All they can do is charge big amounts with confidence as they are perfect but im reality they non- professional. They didn't refund my money. Small areas salons are far better than this salon

Worst highlights. They charged 18000 and my hair were same as i came before. They can't do caramel highlights. Either they had no color . Im so disappointed. they did baby lights even though i never asked for it. All they do is blame customer and over charge . Too expensive salon. Worst experience. They were handling my hair like crazy . I got highlights almost 6 times from different salons and they handle with so much Care. I have a lot to say. I came from bahria town twice but they couldn't fix my hair nor refund me. They have no knowledge esp razoa and that sheena is oversmart. They didn't even have the color wht I asked. Wasted all money
