I recently joined, I found it a bit unappealing TBH, the lighting the music less atmosphere and still I found myself visiting the place again for my sessions, it's not because I'm compelled to But rather due to the fact the gym had a certain allure. Bring a built man myself I do enjoy the occasional trainer just to enjoy my time with someone backing me of someone o talk to while I train. If you live near the are and are look big for a gym I'd TBH would encourage to go to this gym

Female friendly gym for those who want to join a secluded gym. 11 AM till 6 pm are timings only for females. 6 pm till 8 pm is for males and females both. Gym trainer Afsheen cooperates alot with timings and allows flexible training schedule. I would recommend ladies to definitely join it!
