Best Society in Karachi under Air force Control

Visited last week and rated this project 5 star due to following reason ; Location : At Northern by pass about 12 Km from Alhabib Restaurant and this two lane road is being converted / expanded into M10 Motorway (4 lane road). Comparison : Compare to Bahria and DHA City it is much closer. Future Aspects : Dragon Mart and future domestic airport is also planned near Fazaia Project which will definitely increase project value. Elevation and Air Quality : Located at high altitude with Rocky terrain . Further, you will find a clean air quality across the project. Project Amenities : Out of 400 Acres , about 60% left for open spaces and various amenities. Security : Under Gated Boundary wall and Life time maintenance will be carried out by Air force. Bunglows: Keeping in view the quality of 125 and 275 sq.yds bunglow the offered price is still highly under value as compare to Babies and DHA City. Amenities : Comprising Fazaia Medical College , Air University , Zoo , Shopping Mall, Grand Mosque , Community Center , Fitness Centre, Commercial Center , Cricket Stadium etc.
