No Customer services providing after sale, no one taking serious responsibility to solve the issue after sale. Very bad experience.. Even Fotile driver showing a like Fotile owner attitude and he is having authority to take or reject the complain. I request them to resolve my issue but have to listen fotile issues. I don't know how they are managing their business.

I visited this FOTILE centre last year. It was around closing time for the outlet, but the staff tried to deal with each customer one on one. We had to buy 3-4 kitchen equipment (microwave, electric oven, sink and tap) and we were given information about different types of each as we asked questions.
