Horrible Horrible service. you call Karachi office, they hang up the phone without answering. you call Islamabad, they say we have no information and hang up again. i mean where the hell are we supposed to go? All the email addresses posted anywhere on their official websites dont work. either they are wrong on their email boxes are full so mails return. I have never in my life felt so irritated and helpless before. This is truly a shameful standard of service.
