Extremely poor customer service. Called their website contact number to arrange drop off at airport.

Extremely poor customer service. Called their website contact number to arrange drop off at airport. After negotiating required transport price and confirming details, was told that would receive a confirmation text. After several hours no text received. I contacted the company again and was told I would get a call back from the advisor (Arsalan) who I initially spoke to. No call back received. I called again to finally be put through to the advisor who now seemed completely uninterested in my enquiry but I was told that the booking would be made and a confirmation text sent to me. several hours have passed again yet no contact or confirmation from the company.

Has a big selection of vehicles, and can arrange if they don't have the one you want. But in wedding

Has a big selection of vehicles, and can arrange if they don't have the one you want. But in wedding season they are always out of vehicles to rent. If you want to avoid it do book in advance, it is a traditional style business and staff do not expect a world class service here but they are best at what they do.
