The place is well lit and serves amazing food. However, their buffets aren't something out of this world great. A humble 4 star for the service and upkeeping. Can do much better.

Excellent restaurant. Love their menu. Pizza baking is backed by Bread n Butter and rest of the cuisines are fresh cooked. Love their steaks.

It's a nice place in the central market of Rawalpindi for hi tea and meals. Enjoyed hi tea with a friend .

Very expensive restaurant. Hi tea just for Rs:850 per head with a lot of variety and taste. Birthdays parties and functions best arrangements. Family hall available . Timing 03:30 PM to 06:30 PM daily. Situates up storey of Bread n Butter. Not suitable for a single person.

I really liked the vibes of that place but... The food was not very much above awful. There were no drinks except cold drinks either. Costumer service was also pretty slow. I still liked the interior and the music... Music was light and refreshing. Still good if you are looking for an average, not so expensive restaurant.

Good place for a pricey meal.Credit cards accepted. Mostly bankers use this place.Neat and clean area. Highly recommended.

Food 8/10, Ambiance 8/10, Customer Service 10/10 About starter: tried their nachos, which taste 8/10, not at par with the nachos you get at Mindanos Islamabad but still of great taste. Main course: It was the first time I ever ordered a Mexican Beef Steak, so I didn't have any idea about its ingredients; since I don't like tomatoes and onion much, I would have chosen something else if I knew these are main ingredients for a Mexican Steak. But as it arrived on the sizzling hot plate, despite the first impression being of tomatoes and onions, I had to try it. I must say, the taste is really very good for someone who likes Mexican Steaks. The Mushroom Pasta also tasted really good, although not as good as Parmesan Cheese Pasta at Roasters. The customer service truly deserves appreciation, not because we were offered complimentary pastries, but because the overall experience turned out to be wonderful

Once upon a thyme is a byproduct of Bread and butter bakers adjacent to standard chartered bank saddar Rawalpindi. Very limited choices of food... burgers were not good at all. Steak, Chow mein, pasta, suip were acceptable.. cake was excellent. Environment and ambiance were superb. Only cash transactions as cards were not acceptable. Presentable, well trained and good mannered services. Burgers require improvements. Cards should be accepted.
