Overstaffed with unqualified personnel who derive great satisfaction when they ignore the customers. Stopped sending feedback queries. Staff considers customers stupid leading to blunders. Seniors not well trained either.

Bit expensive but it's same with all triple service outlets of all Pakistani car manufacturers. They have a good professional team who do their job well. I think that they provide genuine services & can be trusted reasonably.
