Now they won't let you in the work shop.. 16-5-2018. Got my prius back bumper painted by them. They did a poor job. No quality control. A local market paint shop could have done much better. Not going there any more.

Overstaffed with unqualified personnel who derive great satisfaction when they ignore the customers. Stopped sending feedback queries. Staff considers customers stupid leading to blunders. Seniors not well trained either.

I have been using their services for corolla since I bought it new in 2017. Never had any major complaints. Bit expensive but it's same with all triple service outlets of all Pakistani car manufacturers. They have a good professional team who do their job well. I think that they provide genuine services & can be trusted reasonably.
