I posted a parcel on the 7/03/19 from UK to Dist Khushab. It got to Karachi and they posted it to F

I posted a parcel on the 7/03/19 from UK to Dist Khushab. It got to Karachi and they posted it to Faisalabad department for it to be cleared and pass it on the the post office of the recipient in Khushab. The recipient in Khushab is still waiting and every time i get in touch with them, they fail to give me a convincing answer to where it has disappeared to. I spoke to Ejaz Sb and first he denied receiving it from the Karachi office and when I challenged him, then he admitted receiving it. The Faisalabad department are bunch of thieves who steal people's parcels. I have reported it to the Islamabad department and will take it to Director General if it needs to. All the items were none custom.
