very bad service even worst in this branch of Alfalah, highly non-Professional staff, wasting a lot of time of the account holders, especially with not having high amount in bank account. My account is now closed and even I did not get my amount back from the account and nobody cares there. Highly Non-cooperative and non-serious staff indulging in having gupshup (talks) with each other in spite of dealing customers. Very bad service, bad behaviour and highly non-cooperative.Only waste of time and energy and nobody listens to you properly and solves the problem, especially operational manager is just nonsense and non-cooperative.Will never go there and never recommend it. This branch is not eligible even for one star. اونچی دوکان پھیکا پکوان
