Signature cut (hair) was to be done..the owner left me in between without even asking or even telling me as a courtesy to deal with another unsatisfied customer who was having her hairstyle being done for the last 1.5hour literally!! She was too much frustrated at the end (saw all this during my wait time).. So the owner without saying a word to me went to her to satisfy her and i had to wait AGAIN on the chair with wet hair and in between the process. The length of the steps weren't as desired after the blowdry i noticed bt the workers told the owner had left..i was like she didn't even wait n see if anything was to be done . Workers contacted her but she refused to come So the workers did a trial on my hair " in SIGNATURE HAIRCUT" and i ended up having uneven unbalanced layers . Pathetic service!! Pathetic attitude!!
