Horrible service. They wasted my 1 hour and in the told me that my documents not complete. I asked them from the beginning of there is something is missing then let me know now. But they only wasted my one hour to let me know that they can't give me service. By the way, I was only following instructions of this bank received by email which only told me to bring my new NIC card as the old one was expired. Horrible service. I told them to close my account permanently. I will never do business with Mezan bank again in sha Allah

I have very bad experience with this regional office specially House Finance Section. Only 2 person to cover whole region. They are not cooperative. They never have emotions to entertain customers. They didn't know how to work as CSR. On the site, everything is OK but after 1 week gave a lot of observations. Just put my to dead end for delay.
