Not even a single star. A hotel is an best example of management and they are way out of the management term. Poor poor service. Been there for iftar/dinner buffet and they couldn't able to handle the customers rush at all. Couldn't get the iftar and for dinner had to wait more than hour. I dont know how they manage in regular days.

I enjoyed my stay here. Rooms are clean and spacious. However my room didn't have any carpet. And mattress was faulty and uncomfortable with springs poking out in several places. Food was fresh and delicious. Room service was good. The staff was courteous and cooperative. Will stay here again.
