I've heard that the pizza is good. But apparently there's no seating area. It's in the basement. They make fresh pizza which takes 45 minutes. The picture shown is of Doca Mocca, which is a drinks / juices outlet.
The shop has been closed. They should at least mention it in their page
Horrible pizza! Crust was hard and thin, there was close to no cheese. We ordered meat lovers and there were only sausages. Most of the pizza filling was bad tasting quiche.
Delicious pizza i have ever tasted. Highly recommended
Product ~ Very good & tummy filling Service ~ Pathetic & disappointing Ordered 2 personal pan deep dish pizzas for take away (2 different flavors) with drinks The pizzas were delicious however the service was pathetic. From making us wait on the roadside (to collect the order) , to serving hot coke (not even a little chilled). Neither of the owners showed up, it was a servant who handed over the order. Would've liked to see a staff member after all the wait on roadside. For us to request child drinks we had to keep calling back & forth, since none of the staff members showed up. The servant was an old aged baba g who left right after handing over the order. It was a hassle. It was our first time trying deep dish pizza, and we were travelling. Requested their team to provide disposable folk&knife because it was hard to eat the pizza otherwise. But were not provided. Moreover, requested them to serve chilled coke, to which they said they did not have chilled lot. Lastly, we ordered 2 different flavors. They were not marked as to which one is which, and both the pizzas looked exactly the same. Upon asking (our 3rd time calling them after having received the order in our car) as to how do we differentiate, we were simply told to taste. How dumb is that to say to a first time customer?! Happy with the pizza but very very disappointed with the quality of service.
I had the unfortunate experience of trying out Chicago's deep dish pizza by looking at various reviews (which now seem fake and paid) today. Ordered 3 large Chicago special pizzas on call with a female representative who I got to know was the owner. I requested her multiple times that I have guests and the pizza should be good and shouldn't become a source of embarrassment for me, and that was what I was assured as well. Coming to the point, the pizza was ready in an hour for pickup. Once I opened the box as I reached home in 10 minutes, my first impression was that it contains too much of an extra red sauce on top with a thinner crust as opposed to what a normal Chicago pizza should be. Eating it was no different, just loads and loads of pizza sauce, bland dough, flavor-less uncooked dark pieces of probably expired chicken which seemed to be sprinkled in an extremely limited quantity (I literally got once single piece of it in the slice that I took, and some of my guests who were fortunate to not see the dark grey colored expired chicken pieces, as they didn't get any in the slices they took), uncooked loads of mushrooms and probably low quality cheese which was rubbery and distasteful. So all the pieces which were taken by the guests were left out by taking probably 2 or 3 bites, and I literally took off the sauce of the leftover slices and poured and filled it into a box to show the owner what have they made and how much of extra sauces they have poured. One complete pizza was leftover due to the poor taste. Anyways, I understand, mishaps can happen while running a food business, but a professional way to handle those mishap is to accept them and NOT argue to justify them when any consumer launches any complaint. I took the leftover pizza to the branch, to return it and register my complaint, but another show of unprofessionalism was shown, the branch was closed prior to the mentioned timings, and when called multiple times, the owner told that it is closed and asked what the issue was. When explained to her, the owner was adamant that, this is exactly how a deep dish pizza is made, and I as a consumer was mistaken about the taste. Neither was she ready to take any criticism about the bland dough, uncooked mushrooms, less and extremely poor quality chicken which I now probably think was expired, and huge amounts of red sauce. She repeatedly stressed that this is how a deep dish pizza is made, but when mentioned about the main competition of Chicago deep dish pizza in Islamabad, which is Cheese Factor, there is a huge huge difference in the taste, quality and professionalism between the two, she had no answer to that. The only compensation she offered was that she asked me the phone numbers of my guests and offered to give them an apology over the call (I mean seriously??? who does that), and a discount on my next order if I ever place it (which after this experience, I told her that in my right senses I will NEVER do). I spent around 6000rupees of my hard earned money on this and invited my guests to eat this utter disappointment and embarrassment. The problem here is not the money, I am pretty sure, they wont reimburse me for the embarrassment that was caused, but they should have had the guts to admit their mistake and deal professionally with a consumer. Never, ever going to order again, and will advice everyone who reads this review, please save your money and do not order anything from here if you don't want to torture your taste buds.
Out of all types of pizzas I have ever had , it was the worst of all. We ordered from here for the very first time for a dinner at our place. Despite mentioning it to the owner that it should be good , it was an utter disappointment. Topped with a full bottle of raw tomato sauce, FEW black grey chicken chunks ( two three pieces in one piece or not even one in few slices) with a pinch of leftover shredded chicken, under cooked stale mushrooms ; the dough was too hard to even chew and the low quality cheese was like rubber with no taste. I would strongly recommend not a spend a single penny of your hard earned money on this so called deep dish pizza ! We ordered three pizzas and literally our guests left the pieces in plates. I took the entire untouched pizza to register my complaint but they said they are off now although , the time mentioned on their page said OPEN. The onwer , on call ,didn't accept her mistake , saying that the pizza was all perfect and asked us to give her the phone numbers of the guests to say sorry to them ???? ( That's how UNPROFESSIONAL she is )
Third class pizza. Little to no chicken. Old cheese. Raw mushrooms. Unevenly cooked crust. Zero customer service. They don't pick their phones.
I had Chicago's pizza for the first time and I have to say that the crust was unevenly cooked, the chicken was slightly uncooked and the tomato sauce was too much. Certainly did not expect this from Chicago's.
