Tried to register FIR for lost cheque which was cashed by someone else, brought them the details but

Tried to register FIR for lost cheque which was cashed by someone else, brought them the details but it was waste of time. The staff was of no help they are rude, It seems like that they don't even care for the person who came asking for their help. They don't perform the duty they are supposed to do, if you have any issues my recommendation is that find some person who is of higher social status who can help you. In short if you are looking for help and you are not well connected don't go there.
