More like iGrift. They told me that not only my phone's battery needed to be changed but there was something wrong with the phone as well when it was clear the issue was with the battery and they quoted me 12k for the job. I was skeptical and took my phone to a different repair shop and all they told me was the battery was dead and everything seemed to be working fine. I just got back home with a working phone and paid 3 times less than what you guys were asking. Please be honest and demand your staff and technicians to be scrupulous.
