Poorly trained workers. Ruined my hairstyle. I ain't going back
Worst Experience Ever - Do not bother going.. The most rubbish customer experience, No professionalism between colleagues - were too busy talking rubbish than doing their job! I asked for a curly bouncy blowdry - I was charged 2000 RS just to get my hair curled by a WAND (no wash) which took the lady a little over an hour to do. On top of that, at some points there was 2-3 women doing my hair together... just curling it.. nothing fancy - I dont understand why more than one person was needed.. my hair is not too thick or difficult to style - It takes me 20 mins, maximum 30 mins to curl it myself! No blowdry or bounce.. & so much hairspray!!!! She hairsprayed every strand before curling it...... I also needed to get my Tika put in which the lady took so long to come and do that I had to leave and do it myself at home as i was running late for my own brothers wedding - when we asked to do our makeup there as we were running late because of THEM.. they said it is not allowed. My sister wanted a curly messy bun.. one lady curled it and then she waited over 30 mins for a different lady to do the bun.. when we complained the lady came immediately.. meaning she was free to do it but was wasting more time. As soon as we reached the hall after leaving the salon (just a little over an hour later) my curled all dropped and my sisters bun all fell out.... Do not go here. Waste of time & money!!!
As soon as my auntie and I stepped inside the parlour, we felt unwelcome. The lady at the desk was very miserable and didn't want to help. It was obvious that we were not regulars as I was asking her to explain the various treatments listed for manicures and pedicures. The prices were extortionate so I opted for the cheapest treatments. She kept saying I should go for the pricy options, but I stuck to my choice RS 600 each. I wanted to walk out, I wish I did! My aunt chose a Herbal Facial RS 1500 - the lady again tried to upgrade her. My treatment began by leaving me to soak my hands and feet in water. The beautician finally returned and said I'd chosen a rubbish treatment and that I should upgrade, I didn't fall for it. She got out her tools and then looked at my nails, she said, you didn't need these treatments, your nails are fine. So she massaged my hands and feet, asked me loads of nosy questions, talked about tipping and the treatment was over. My nails still looked rubbish. Once my aunt's herbal treatment was over, the beautician admitted that she didn't know much about the herbal treatment!
Good parlour for women
Parlour ur prices are way to high. And ur work quality is discouraging me not to visit u again. Focus on ur worl quality..and try to satisfy ur customers..and stop trying to empty their pockets.
If I could write a review with a 0 star I would, this salon was the worst salon experience I’ve had in my life they had me sitting in my chair with completely drenched hair and then started applying direct heat to my hair. I had to literally stop the girl and have her dry my hair with a towel first. They told me 20 mins and ended up taking 1 hour and 30 mins. Super unprofessional. Just a bad salon all together. Never again.
Average service but some good beautition as well like sana
Pathetic experience. I went their for keratin they did it very good in my hairs which are visible and left hairs near neck untreated.... I mean what is this behaviour? When i went there for complaint they refuse to accept their mistake
I had the best experience i had a stress relief massage which made me forgot all my body pain and soreness and i also had my hair cut which look amazing
It was a good experience..
