AVOID THEM! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC airport counter. My parents were traveling to UAE from Karachi and they normally need wheelchair service for UAE airports as they are both heart patients and the airports here are endless. Sadly, it couldn't be pre-booked so they were forced to book it at the Gerrys Airport counter. They waited at the counter, along with a number of other travelers, but there was no one at the counter. They waited for over SIXTY MINUTES! This was a Saturday afternoon flight, which is a prime traveling day so I have no idea why they wouldn't have one of their employees at the counter. By the time they actually got out of the airport they were exhausted and feeling unwell. This is unacceptable service and this needs to be addressed asap. Extremely disappointed in a brand like Gerrys having such pathetic service at the Karachi Airport.
