3/ 5

For the last 20 - 25 years little improvements or modification seen in terms of advance and modern facilities. Although they are increasing Dr. fee to maximum possible. they should appoint trained workers. still it's a good and pioneer hospital of Karachi in private eye diseases operations and diagnostics.

2/ 5

Wait time are insanely high. Most times either doctor is not present or opd doctors are engaged in OT for surgery. Patients have to wait like 3-4 hours every time they visit. Need most improvement in time / patient management.

** MUST READ ** Went for my laser treatment, booked an appointment with Dr. Mehboob Ali. On wednesday (08/08/18), he checked my eyes and gave me a green light for laser treatment same week saturday without doing any tests. Just flashed some light in my eyes says youre fit for the treatment. Recommended me some eye drops which according to him were necessary before the treatment. I went back messaged him on Friday (10/08/18) that I still haven't started the meds if I start today should I still come tomorrow? He replied yes have it every two hours and come see me tomorrow. With God's luck we weren't just satisfied with so I decided to go back to Al-Ain but to another doctor. Went to Dr. Munira who told me that there are certain tests which have to be done which can declare wether or not my eye is eligble for the treatment. I got to know later that Dr. Mehboob doesnt even perform laser treatment yet was asking me to come to him for it. With no tests or checkups he declared my eyes to be fit. Filthy way to earn some cash I'd recommend you all to go see Dr. Munira instead of him. Thanks
