The person who takes the utility bills is away for HOURS for lunch.. We keep waiting and his lunch time does not end. Pathetic service

This is very disappointing that I am trying at 4 different numbers of kehkashan branch and no one is picking up the call. The numbers are ringing but there is no one to receive them. It has been an hour by now and still no response. It seems as the staff does not care about the customers or are on off altogether. I am really disappointed.

Worst place in the world even the security guard don't know what to do in his job.He won't buzz me in the bank but let others just because my shoes was not polished.

The worst Hbl branch in karachi. Zero customer service. No one picks up the phone and they have the most incompetent staff. Maintained an acct here for 8 yrs and ended up regretting it everytime I needed banking support or customer care.
