As with every outlet now, quality isnt the same. Staff couldnt care less to at least ask the custome

As with every outlet now, quality isnt the same. Staff couldnt care less to at least ask the customer what they want. And they are always short changing the customer by offering sweets. Such a big franchise this is, yet they act so cheap and in such an unethical manner. Typical mindset of 99% businesses in pakistan, more more more at the expense of quality. Contacted the owner Zubair Chattha to no avail. If they dont care about the customer, why should I contribute to their business? Other competitors like doce and cakes and bakes while not perfect, at least they give the proper amount of change.
