Will be the last 3 times come here n meet to the director for visa extend service. Nice officer n helpfull for extend my child overstay visa in 2 days only due to our urgent matter. And should pay for child overstay around $200. Thanks much sir!

Director of this passport office has ordered not to deal with agent mafia but still there is a Parking guy outside KIPS ask everybody to get the token in 1700 PKR. Thank God! Agent Mafia is very much under control and they are not allowed to roam near the building. If you come here at 8 AM, you will be free within 3 hours Inshallah through proper channel.

lengthy process, you have to be very early with your CNIC and paid challan form, be there at sharp 8am with documents and wait for your turn. get a challan a day before and pay it in authorised bank branch of NBP.

pathetic service. full perchi and sifarish system. wasted precious 5 hours there. for 70 years we are still living in stone ages.

It is nice place to go. You should reach very early over there. The timings are 9-5 pm but you should reach there at 8am because of too much rush. You should have two people with you. One should go to bank to submit fee. The other should take the place in que of passport office for him. In this way smartly you can save time. Read pics for other details

Need to hire more staff or control staff which arrives late. There were 3 interviewer offices and only 1 was present. The other 2 came on later on. Make sure to have 2 copies of cnic for fresh passport and also copy of passport for renew. They do have humanity though, old lady didn't have copy of passport for renewal and they arranged a copy for her. Props for that! 3 star for the low amount of staff, rest was smooth.

Please make sure to ask upon entering whether you are eligible or not to submit your passport forms here based on your address. However the place is well managed if you cooperate. Don't encourage agents. Get your stuff done by yourself.

Better than 5 years ago. No zalalat. Staff is good as well. Much improved. All it took me one hour for passport renewal. No need to take help of agents.
