One Of The Main Branches Of A Private sector Bank. MCB Bank . Located in The Main Centre Of The Melody Market. Having being said So its very pathetic situation regarding accessibility Of WHEELCHAIR .Both The Entrance And Inside The Building There is No Special Facilities For Special Person Available. Neither The Staff Is Helpful And Nor The Cash and other Relate Important Counters Have Any Facilities And also The Design Of The Counters are not accessible easily For Any Special Person. The Worst Fact Is that the Staff present on duty is also very very Uncooperative even for The old people, females Customers A Lot of Improvement is the need of Time.

This branch staff is cooperative. Almost no rush is observed here by me.

Pathetic service ,unprofessional staff With annoying behavior I have lost my ATM card and give the application no response a month delayed but didn't get the card l have visited branch and they said call the helpline and the call center asked me to visit the the particular branch Such a rude behavior Stay away from it

MCB is the worst bank ever specially melody branch staff is so rude and their customer dealing is pathetic they treat you like you own money to them. I recently closed my account and even on closing the account they treated me like I regularly close my account so I should know everything about it. I was like seriously how do I know the procedure of that they should tell me each and everything about it at least steps.. I've hand written the application for closing account and then they said where is your check and credit card.... Please stay away from them
