A good children specialist doctor but the service at his clinic is not good, too busy and always a r

A good children specialist doctor but the service at his clinic is not good, too busy and always a rush, not useful for real emergencies or serious situations. The doctor himself takes quite a hefty fee and barely has a few minutes to give each patient. This problem is endemic in Abbottabad with all good doctors/specialists, but it's rather worrisome where children are concerned.
