Very poor customer service. The salesman was very disinterested, rude and unhelpful. I wanted to buy a mattress topper. He told me that its not available at the shop. I asked him to arrange it for me, and he said I am not interested in making such a small sale. Im highly disappointed. What is he getting paid for? And what is the purpose of the outlet if unavailable items cannot be arranged for customers?
