Best hotel in Islamabad. Staff is well trained and friendly. Their services are also good. Rooms are well cleaned. I enjoyed my trip there. Its a wonderful experience in Islamabad

The worst experience I've ever had and highly suggest people to stay away from this place if they don't want to get scammed, be accused of lying and treated very unprofessionally. Plus they don't even have the basic facilities of Wi-Fi and A/C, not sure why it's listed as a 3-star. In short, I had booked this place on phone and made the mistake of not getting a detailed receipt, which was their job to give in the first place, which gave them to opportunity to charge me twice as much than what was "confirmed" on the phone and they claimed that they person I booked with wasn't even available at the time I called, calling me a liar. Very very disappointing, ruined our whole trip and made up lies on lies by teaming up with the whole staff against their customers. I would never wish this upon anyone but hope this place closes down instead of scamming and cheating.

Its a comfortable place to stay. Not as neat as a 4 star should be. Location is good so you write in middle of market of blue area. Prefer not to have food from here, it's pathetic. Staff is quite desi.

i did stay with my family.so far location is awesome in the center of Islamabad. Room cleaning is excellent. staff is friendly in behavior.just awomeeeeeee.....

So far so good. Been here since 2 days and the quality of food, service and room are all adequate therefore recomendable.

Would highly recommend this hotel however the hotel needs to be more accurate and informative about the rooms as interconnected rooms class as 2 rooms not one this is normally the case but they failed to mention that the rooms were interconnected overall the rooms were spacious and clean but bare in mind they have renovation is taking place so you might want to check with the hotel before booking

Really poor internet connection, no proper room cleaning service even before I checked in room was not cleaned. Noisy and people on top floor kept dragging chairs and not so friendly reception . Worst place to stay in.

A reasonably good hotel at appropriate rates. Good breakfast. Near commercial area.

I found it excellent and value for money. Rooms were neat and clean and were very well maintained. We were upgraded to Executive rooms without any additional charges. Staff is very cooperative. Food was also good. There are also very good food options available nearby hotels like Tehzeeb, Savour foods on walking distance. Recommended if you are visiting with family.
