Their service has degraded drastically. The are no more the same funky bake which started years ago.

Their service has degraded drastically. The are no more the same funky bake which started years ago. Now they are just a pathetic bakery who has forgotten all about customer service. Cannot commit to a deadline even told a week before the requirement and cherry on top, unprofessional rude behaviour.
