The staff are good, and the room depends on the price. You can get trusted rent a car services to Gilgit, Baltistan and Hunza Valley on this point.

A very disgusting and pathetic hotel. Rude staff, miss-commitment and fraud. They get extra money in order to give you a discount, when you complain for missing services, they simply ask to checkout and reserve your money. Not a proper hot water, bad foods, all staff asks for tip every time even when they just provide you a water bottle. High Red Alert: Do not use this hotel with family or friends. Disgusting 🤢🤢🤢

One of the main hub for people of North, most of the people stay here while traveling towards Islamabad and other cities of Pakistan. Drivers from north bring and drop parcels here and people collect form here. The hotel reception staff is very corporative.
