Room # 637 I usually stay here as I know of someone who is in the management, but the hotel over a period of time has deteriorated and the housekeeping staff has to be called to keep the area inside and outside the room clean. The hotel needs to be cleaned and renovated. The lobby is good and maintained. Rooms need to be refurbished so as to make them worthy of the price that is being charged. The hotel at some point in time was considered to be the best stay in town but is not as it use to be years ago. I had fond memories of the place but over the period of time the standard has gone down. The staff nevertheless is courteous and the food is OK. Cleaning staff is very eager to get five star but the service is good but the fixtures and furnitures and fittings are all old. It’s better for foreign visitors to have a stay at the PC and enjoy the better services this hotel can offer in comparison to other local choices.

Overall cleaning of hotel is excellent, rooms and bathroom clean and well organized with accessories. Laundry service is prompt. Food is very tasty. restaurant Staff was professional and response promptly. Overall restaurant are very neet and clean. Hotel Lobby is clean and grand with clean sofas sitting.

Room #426 Our stay is good, Housekeeping Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room and Bathroom is clean. Restaurant found clean sofa and chairs clean. Lobby is lovely and clean. We found comfortable stay with clean carpet and found good fresh towels in washroom. We will recommend our friends and family members for this beautiful place.

Room no 229 Very pleasent experience. Room and Bathroom is clean and well kept with quality product. Halls and Restaurant found clean sofa and chairs look hygiene and clean. Lobby is lively and clean. We found comfortable stay with clean carpet rugs and good odor in room. food also very tasty with variety of dishes.
