Delivers around the clock, however the delivery guy will consistently ring door bell despite talking

Delivers around the clock, however the delivery guy will consistently ring door bell despite talking to me over phone just 5 seconds ago. this is indecent behaviour as elders and young children are sleeping at night and ringging bell was completely not required after phone call Then order delivered was wrong. Again in few minutes the guy came back and rang door bell again and not called over phone. This is completely rude.
