Dr Ranas Pets Clinic islamabad

I was told that he is the best vet in town. Despite being costly, I wanted the best for my dog. She was beautiful, lively and full of energy. She was loved by everyone. We decided to take her to the 'best vet in town' to spay her. We were promised that nothing would happen to her and the surgery would be fine. The next day we get a call that she didn't make the surgery. They didn't accept any responsibility and made up an excuse saying 'she had a cardiac arrest'. Later on I found out that this wasn't the first time he had done this. To some people, pets are just animals, but to us she was family and we loved her dearly. She wasn't sick or anything,she was completely healthy and we just wanted to get her spayed. They blamed her heart being too weak which is a lie because she was never weak, very very active and could run faster than the other dogs despite her small size. I would not recommend this vet to anyone

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! I'm giving it one star because 0 stars is not an option. I had a conversation with a friend about their mistreatment towards their clients pets and she told me their was a cockroach in the cats carrier when returned. Definitely don't leave your cat or dog their the animals look miserable. The worst part is that the doctors don't treat the animals but their assistants all do it with no proof of Qualification for clients to see (e.g a certificate). They will grab the animals in such a hostile way you'll be left in shock. I don't even know who Dr.Rana is to be perfectly honest. When I take my dog to the vet just like any other pet owner I expect professionalism from the clinic, however here I was faced with a young man with a bitter expression shouting "Yar!" in an aggressive and irritated tone when my dog flinched as they tried to forcefully cut her nails. I was able to cut my dogs nails at home later with patience, first gaining the dogs trust while this young man who seemed like a trainee complained that the dog wouldn't stay still. I'm utterly shocked at what kind of a joke of a clinic they're running. fyi Everything in their shop is overpriced; you can get the same products for half the price their selling. It's clear whoever is in charge here doesn't care about actually helping animals but has made a business out of this work field out of sheer greed for money. I hope they sleep well at night knowing their ripping people off for a few extra bucks! Allah hafiz

The Doctor was extremely professional and was recommended by "cat corner" (you can Facebook it) . My cat had a lump on her abdomen that was filled with fluid. He drained it out , told me to keep it under observation. I felt my cat was in safest hands.

Worst experience, only the outlook of clinic is good, but they r butchers, very unfortunate to have such a vet in isb

I boarded my dog for 6 days at their clinic. I don't know what they did, but he's gotten weaker. Also, my dog has never pooped or peed inside the house or any place where he has to sleep and when I went to get him, he'd pooped inside the kennel. They claimed they were going to walk the dog twice a day which was proven a lie after I took him out in the evening and he pooped right away. He hasn't been fed properly and he's been going through the garbage. He's never done that in his life before. Worst boarding facility and a bunch of liars. Charged me 6k for 6 days and couldn't even feed the dog. Assholes.

It's a great experience neat and clean environment, charges are as per services however need to have a look at prices of products available for sale.

Great clinic. Came to them with a cockateil with a sprained ankle. And doctor furkan guided me well about the care and treatment plan of my tiel. He recovered fully alhumdulilah.

My experience with Dr. Rana has been disappointing as I took my GSD to him for x rays for stomach and after taking rays he came and started telling me about the treatment which would cost 12500 for tests and 45000 for operation. As my dog had eaten something and that thing was stuck in his stomach. When I went to the counter and paid they said 3000 for X-rays and 2000 consultations free for 15 minutes ( WHEREAS DOCTOR Rana Didn't even stand with me for more than 2 mins ) then how can they take 2000 consultation fee for 15 minutes. I won’t recommend this clinic if u love ur pets. Don’t trust the 5 ⭐️ ratings😕

I'm distressed to write this review. I have been taking my german shepherd puppy to Dr. Rana's clinic since he was born i.e. 6 months. But my latest experience at his clinic has made me not to ever go again at his clinic. My dog wasn't eating anything since morning and was abit lethargic so I suspected he might have got cold. I took him to the clinic after waiting for 20 minutes Dr. Rana himself checked my dog and created a suspense intiallly that your dog isn't well he might have some disease. He said I'll perform blood test and later on performed blood smear test without even taking my consent. My dog had temperature they didn't give him anything for temperature instead kept performing these tests idk what was their purpose to do this. Later on, Dr.Rana himself came to me and said my dog has tick fever and I'll have to drop him there till evening and gave me a budget of 15k for my dog's treatment. Apart from that Dr. Rana also said my dog has one testicle and a surgery worth 50000 needs to be performed (He was wrong as I myself checked later on and got it checked from a vet too my dog had two testicles and no surgery was needed lol). I didn't drop my dlg there and went to another clinic (won't mention their name but they were very professional and devoted). They diagnosed cold fever for my dog and injected him with some injections. Today my dog is much better and almost back to normal. I don't know whether Dr Rana and his staff are there to make money but they were very unprofessional and didn't look out for other possibilities. Please always take second opinion for your pet. I will never ever go to Dr. Rana's pet clinic not even for my dog's remaining vaccinations.

Such a Bad doctor who only cares about money. DONT TAKE UR PET IF U LOVE UR PET. FAKE DIAGNOSIS EXPENSIVE RATES AND BAD SERVICE. SHAME ON YOU GUYS.
