Awful bank with pathetic services. Firstly who designed it should be punshied for poor design. Went

Awful bank with pathetic services. Firstly who designed it should be punshied for poor design. Went once system was down so visited second day and they asked for CNIC copy to which I provided them CNIC and asked them to make a copy of it. They refused and asked me to get copy from outside. This is 21st century and this bank is still running in ancient times.
