Shelton’s Rezidor Hotel mingora

The modern decor of the property in this remote area was a treat. Rooms were tastefully decorated. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom was very clean. The quality of food served in the hotel restaurant was very good. Hotel serves a complimentary exceptional Buffet Breakfast. Staff was very cooperative. The property is near the river bank but not on the river bank. Unexpected best part of the stay was that they not only provided free stay for my driver but also served 3 times free food to the driver. Disliked · The light in the room was too less. They should offer some more lights in the rooms.

It's the best hotel to stay in Swat. The rooms are super clean and maintained. They have enough parking space. Services are excellent. I would recommend everyone to stay here. The prices of rooms are economical. They are providing all the amenities. It's the best decision to stay here.

It is a good place. The food and breakfast was good but do ask them there serving style while ordering chineese stuff. The rooms were good and spacious too but the position of fan was somehow not fine. One thing they should improve is lighting system and incoming of daylight. There are Mosquitoes in side rooms.thats a problem.

My stay was good bathrooms were clean rooms were clean but their restaurant is not good they dont have many items in menu and staff is not well trained like i asked in which of them have orange sauce waiter in these two i ordered but when we recieved that was in white sauce we complained and waiter said sorry next time it won’t happen teah there no mistake of waiter managment should do these things and there was bad wifi and most of the power sockets were not working

An excellent place and excellent environment.great service and a very cooperative staff. I really enjoyed my holidays.
