Beautiful hotel. Lovely gardens with water features. Attractive interior design using stone and carved wood. Room spacious and extremely comfortable. Room supplied daily with fruit, water and soft drinks. Great range of food for breakfast including pancakes, omlettes and waffles cooked to order. Other meals eaten at hotel also excellent. Lovely peaceful pool and spa on 3rd floor (age 16 and over). Outdoor pool is for all, but closed in winter. Excellent courteous service from all staff. Security excellent.

Well it's a five star hotel and it serves to it's rating. Really awesome, like you are in a whole new place. Food is also great. 😋 It's great place I had brilliant experience there having some snacks nothing could be better than that... Very nice hotel and one of the vest 5 star hotel in Islamabad. But I feel they don't have enough twin beds rooms rather having master beds. Sometimes they take bookings for twin beds but when you reach there for check in then they have nothing to give you except for apologies. I will enjoying to much with my family and it's a big dream for me Serena hotel is one of the best hotel of Pakistan I personally suggest you come and stay here with your family The services was excellent and I Really spend good time in this resort My opinion to resort management to bring more adventurous for your viator and promote your resort in international level all service was excellent thanks a lot
