Very reasonable hotel with average rooms and they'll accommodate extra mattress with minimum charges. Breakfast is a turn down but as a stop over point traveling to northern areas this is the best option

Decent hotel. Pretty clean. I would rate is the best in Abbottabad after Hotel One, as the rest of the hotels and guest houses are in quite bad condition. The food is also reasonably good.

Everything was tasteless from room devote to breakfast.Room felt suffocated because of horrific looking huge cushions and tea was worse then salty hot water

Best place beautiful rooms and gud food. If u can afford little bit more then average then its gud place to stay.

Giving an extra star for location and beauty of nature around. In off season room rent was 3000 of double bed with a sofa cum bed without complementary breakfast. Beautiful and clean hotel clean washroom. I asked them to turn on ac they told me extra 1000 rupees will be charge for ac ...its totally unprofessional. Quantity of food was very good but taste was ok

One of the very few standard hotels in the city. It's one of the oldest too. It has a wide space for car parking. It also provides lavish meals to the guests. Their events hall also provides opportunity to different companies and organizations to hold conferences here (paid obviously). Their room's charges are higher than most other hotels in the area.

Horrible place. Staff is extremely rude and uncooperative. Actually the sheer rudeness of the staff - esp the couple of not-such-gentlemen at the reception - absolutely pathetic. They seem to think they're Dons who can speak to whoever in whatever way they please. They forget to take a moment to ponder whether or not the person they're speaking to is showing restraint only and merely out of goodwill. Being rude to someone without knowing who they are shows merely the level of thick-headedness and - sadly - idiocy that clouds their judgment. On top of it, threatening them - again without knowing who they're threatening - is an ill-advised endeavor for anyone. And since we're on this, let's take a moment to review what the matter was that motivated this pig-headed behavior: Due to heavy rain and construction going on, the traffic in Abbottabad was extremely clogged. We got late. Once we got there we requested that we be given one room since we had merely to spend the night before departing for Naran the following morning. So, their first complaint was us being late. I don't see what sort of absolute idiocy would motivate rudeness and crass talk to a paying guest. They said they had to refuse other non-reservation guests. What a major loss of business! We got there anyway. Short term love for money - wow. Next, they said they would lose business if they had to give us 01 room only. Since there were 04 of us - we needed to get two rooms not one. It was their policy. Slow clap. Dear Hotel deManchi, if you're reading this - and I hope you are - restraint is restraint. Your threats, crass language, rude behavior and pig-headed idiocy is well remembered.

Worst service. Worst rooms Door lock was not working There was LCD hanging on wall but no cable. Gysers were not working. Shower ya basin jis b tap ko open kryn uska handle hath mn aa jata tha. 2000 rent should be enough for such type of hotel. They were charging 7000 which is totally unfair. I suggest you all plz dont go in this hotel

Its new name is EPIC hotel feelings good to stay here,good location and having enough area for car parking. Room service is fine.
