Admiral has very good home and commercial appliances. Bought appliances for home and my restaurant. Very good quality and great after sales I would say best in lahore for restaurant equipment!!!

Bought a shawarma machine, fryer and hot plate (3 in one). The equipment looks good. However, quality and after sale service can be improved further.

poor quality of commercial pizza ovens, we have bought machinery from this company , but their machines are not good ones and their after sale service as poor as their machines.

They have nothing in their display or in their factory ready to look stuff but they can make anything on order but you don't know how it looks or work

They are pathetic. Poor products and poor customer services. We went to purchase a cooking range oven. They asked for advance, we gave 20% and committed to deliver in a week. Then asked for rest payment after a few days and we gave. Then they took one week more, then one month and so on. After 6 months when we pressurised them, they delivered a thing.. they called it "oven", but it wasn't. We returned. They took 4 months more and then delivered a pathetic cooking range. Which was even not air tight (it must be over tight, otherwise it don't work) and there were rust on many places and missing some other things. We returned it and asked to return our amount, but they refused in a very unprofessional, pathetic, illiterate and abusive way. We went back home, after few weeks we contacted them. They said "krle jo krna h pesay wapis nhe dun ga". We asked for another cooking range. They promised for next week. But didn't any proper response for a next few months. At last after too much pressuring, they delivered same cooking range oven with some repairs. We didn't realised. When my daughter set fire to check it, it suddenly blast and there were fire in it's internal mechanism. Then we realized that it was old one and there were too many issues. We called them and there man came and checked, then said that he want to took it to factory. Then again after few months when we continuously cAlled them, they said to come and pick the over. We went there. Again it was the same oven, we refused. But they said that you have to take this one, we don't give another or return amount. PLUS, they demanded extra 3000 as pickung charges, that they picked it from our house. In short, we got a pathetic, dangerous, useless thing after 1.5 year. In this tenure, we went there for almost 7,8 times and lot of calles. It's still useless as seen in pictures. It's not air tight, timer don't work, even stoves don't work properly. I have seen a lot of bad reviews and they replied that come here and we'll exchange it. They are liars and basters. They called people just to torture them along with there employees.

Ever worst products as well as service. Unprofessional and uncooperative. Their oven got blast and they aren't even bothering to listen., instead of listening they are behaving like idiots
