This Gourmet Bakers is occupied at large area, also having sitting arrangements that's why i prefer to stay here for a while to take pizza, kulfa, sandwiches or ice cream shot, also available gifts and toys for kids and well as nice cakes and all bakery items including fresh bread, biscuits, rusks etc, rates are discounted as compared by other stores

Pathetic service, out side its advertized that fresh baked pizza is available, but it was misleading (same happened in Ghakhar branch) as staff said baking system is not ready yet but Manager said it starts at 3 pm till night. There was 2 e experienced and 1 new staff member, 1 person on cash reg, 1 security guard and 1 manager, total 5 persons but they were seems incapable to deal with only 2 customers. Management is on vocation I think!. Hire a professional and qualified manager if you want to continue your success otherwise you are losing your ground!
