Very Poor, substandard experience, selling repaired items on sale. That person who sold this to us said: 'Ap ko kia lagta hy hum ny sale my kyn lagya hoya hy, chez my koi issue hy tb hi lagi hy na'. Also They're selling expensive items in sale. Attached pictures for proof.

My father bought An air cooler (Boss- Small size) from them. Even the Boss company provide the warranty for 1 year. Just after 20 days, air cooler start functioning poorly. After 20 days of poor functioning, air cooler stops working. My father called them for almost 15 to 20 times but they didn't respond. Then my father called his friend electrician, he try his best to recover it but couldn't as motor was not working. At last, my father return the air cooler to them, they're not even responding. They sell products with poor functioning. No customer care, No any response to warranty calls.If you are toooo Rich you can waste your Money by buying them. 19,000 for small size Air-Cooler is too much, they charged. After that incident my father bought A big size air cooler of Allied with one year warranty of machine and 2 years warranty of Cooler parts in just 16,500 from small shop of Jhelum and it's working too good.
