They are but expensive but offers 6 months gurrantee of everything. I have never experienced them but seems fine. Olx of rwp isl is flooded with their advert

Don’t ever buy things from them. Scammers looters and they block your phone number if you demand extra work or compensation.

Worst experience ever, would not recommend. Short summary: Total damage : 15500/- Laptop still not fixed Will never update you and they don't pick calls either My recommnedation: If your bread and butter depends on your laptop don't buy it from them, don't get it fixed there. Its better to pay more and get it fixed from company where they will take care of your laptop instead of these greedy people. Full story: My laptop showed me an error sometimes when I turned it that one of the fans was not working. I took it to laptop hut and they told me dont worry there is some dust stuck in your fans we can clean it up and it will work. I agreed. They charged 1500/- issue was not fixed. I ignored it after one month my laptop would not boot up. I took it to them again explained everything how the error was never fixed and the fans were also never cleaned etc etc. This time the owner was there and he assured me they will diagnose the issues properly and get it working. I gave them 2 weeks after which they told me my SSD was burnt and needed to be replaced. They offered me 2 price ranges one china quality and the other good as they said for 7500. I agreed. I asked why it burnt he said it happens sometimes. I got my laptop back but they had lost its charging cable and gave me some chinese one saying its orignal. They also did not properly titghten screw, they just placed it in the hole and to hide it added their laptop hut stickers over it. My laptop worked for half a day then the same issues again fan not working then screen not booting. I took my laptop to them again and guess what the new SSD had also been burnt and this time they said their is an issue with your laptop. I gave them 2 weeks again and nothing. They would not give me any update. Any time I would call they would not pickup or be extremely rude. Mind you my Laptop was a gaming laptop I had every right to call and be updated. After half a month wasting my time on that shop, begging them to update me THEY DID NOTHING BUT WASTE MY TIME.

Don't buy from them they totally destroyed my machine. And now not replying to any of my query!
