Emirates Airline islamabad 55-C

Offices have moved to ufone building 1st floor. Old details on google had to mess around went to the old office details provided by google, got there notice on window to say moved. When I got there office was closed. I spent over two hours messing about. Got there 5:15pm closed at 5:00pm

The local office has some issues with attending phone calls. But traveling by emirates has always been a pleasure...

Located at convenient place and the staff is absolutely decent helpful ready to guide you to get best decision in booking airline ticket.

Overall they did the job what was asked for. However unlike other countries where customer service is key. Here they make you feel obliged as if they are doing you a big favour. We pay their wages and keep them employed. So a better approach with customer in mind will go a long way. Its a culture thing in Pakistan as they get so many people coming in and not able to understand so they develop a hard exterior and come across rude.

Emirates office staff at Islamabad does not even know ABC of customer care. Highly un-professional, rude and non cooperative. Either they lack sufficient training or have no interest in keeping the flag of Emirates high. The guy at care desk wasn't even interested of what facilitation i requested; air travelers understand & respect the rules but a little concern by the customer care staff can at times prove to be of great help for travelers. The staff here doesn't deserve to be affiliated with a well reputed airline like emirates.

Worst experience with Emirates or any company really. I rarely complain but waited for more than hour until I had to leave. Only 2 people at counter and many customers waiting. Plus as a business customer, I would have thought I would have been seen quicker, but no. With regret, these people at this office need training as one of the representatives spoke very disrespectfully to customers and started arguing when one customer asked why it was taking so long to be seen. By this point, I had had enough and decided to leave. What a waste of time. Avoid at all costs and just use the call centre option. You will be delay with much quicker

Sad when I have to give one star. Only one person available on the total of 6 counters. The room was very quiet with people waiting on their turns om numbering system, and cleanliness was upto par but the person mannerisms were much rough towards client. Although, he was respectable to the clients and I don't want him to lose his job. I also understand that our pakistani public can be hassle so that could be one things ticking. Regardless, customers should be treated politely. People take their time off to come with concerns. I have to leave because that's how long it was taking place.

Islamabad blue area main reception let u go to the office and at entrance guard tell u only one person allowed. First of all that could be told at main reception. 7 counters only one attendant and sat there for 2 hours and came back. Very disappinted
