Very bad experience with Asian House Care and owner Ch. Majid. Company have no building experience what so ever and poor quality of work and labour is inexperienced. From contract and receipt draft to their work delivery every thing is unprofessional. Unnecessary payment demands during work. Taking contracts at Bahria town Rawalpindi and Airport society. My project was delayed by years and I had to pay fines for major blunders they commit. Finally he left the work at 65% while he had colleted 95% of payment, refused to abide by his signed and thumb printed settlement. Now the police are involved and I'm chasing these goons even after 3 years.

MAJOR SCAMMER ALERT. The owner Chaudhary Majid and whole groups is only focused to con people out of their money. Nothing delivered. CHILD LABOR used. Major Blunders in construction caused heavy fine from Bahria Town. Since he cannot continue substandard building at Bahria Town Rawalpindi, is now scamming people at Airport Housing Society. Will not abide by their Signed and Thumb Printed Agreement. A NON TRUSTABLE AND A NON RELIABLE BUSINESS.

Asian House Care and owner Chaudhry Majid are a bunch of scammers just using judicial system to con people out of their money. Do Not make a deal with them. They do not abide by any contracts in any way. Also 3rd class labor is used and often child labor. Collected 95 % payment for my project and refused to work after only 60% work was done.
